Goals in draft mode vs. activated Goals
At the beginning of each OKR cycle, OKRs are often still at a drafting stage, i.e. they are not fully sketched out or only consist of a few words just to get started. To distinguish Goals that are still being reworked from the ones that have already been finalized, they can be marked as drafts or active Goals respectively.
All newly created Goals are set as drafts by default and appear on a striped background until activated.

FAQs:
- Can a Goal be partially activated, or does it have to be fully finalized?
- A Goal must be fully finalized before it can be activated. However, you can continue to refine the associated Key Results and initiatives even after activation. The draft stage is the only period where the Goal remains unfinalized and can be freely adjusted.
