1. Check Your Spam Folder
First and foremost, thoroughly check your Spam or Junk Email folder. Occasionally, emails from new senders can be mistakenly flagged as spam by your email service.
2. Verify Notification Settings in Workpath
To ensure you have the necessary notifications enabled:
- Log in to Workpath.
- Click on your profile icon located in the lower left navigation bar.
- Select 'User Settings' and then 'Notifications'.
- Make sure the notifications you wish to receive are turned on.
3. Consult Your IT Department
Sometimes, company email servers may block or filter emails. Please ask your IT department to:
- Check if emails from Workpath (sent for your specific user) are being received.
- Verify if there are any filters or rules set up that might be blocking Workpath emails.
- Whitelist the Workpath domain "workpath.com", "*.workpath.com", and the sender "noreply@workpath.com" to ensure that emails from these sources are not blocked or filtered out.
4. Contact Workpath Support
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please email support@workpath.com with the following information:
- Your email address (or the email address of the user not receiving emails from Workpath).
- Specify whether you are not receiving any emails at all from Workpath or if you're just missing some.
- Confirm if you have ever received an email from Workpath in the past.
How we Send Emails
Workpath uses the Amazon Simple Email Service in the AWS Frankfurt data center to send emails. All emails are sent from noreply@workpath.com. Our emails pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks in order to minimize the chance of accidental classification as spam.
