The Team Page in Workpath provides a focused, strategic view of all the OKRs a team is working on—whether they own them directly or contribute to others. It offers a drill-down into goal alignments and makes it easy to access relevant context and documentation through integrated Notes.
This view helps teams stay aligned, understand dependencies, and collaborate more effectively across the organization.

On each Team Page, you’ll find:
- All OKRs owned by the team
- OKRs to which the team contributes
This combined view ensures transparency into both the team’s direct responsibilities and cross-functional contributions, helping everyone stay on the same page.
🔗 Drill Down Into Aligned Goals and Initiatives
Each goal on the Team Page displays its alignment relationships:
- See which higher-level goals it supports
- View sub-goals and initiatives that are contributing to it
This drill-down view allows you to understand how a team's work connects to broader strategic objectives—without needing to navigate away or open separate views. You can toggle aligned goals on and off to personalize what’s displayed, and Workpath remembers your preferences for each team.
📝 Access and Add Notes
You can view and add Notes directly from the Team Page—whether attached to:
- Goals
- Key Results
- Initiatives
Clicking the note icon opens the sidebar, where you can read or contribute to ongoing discussions, document decisions, capture risks, or highlight achievements. A visible counter shows how many notes exist for each item, making it easy to identify where valuable context is already available.
This functionality is fully consistent with how Notes work in Conversations, ensuring a unified experience across Workpath.
