ℹ️ User can be invited by Admins, Program Leads and standard users.
Here's how to invite your colleagues to Workpath:
- Click on your profile picture
- Select Invite User
- Fill in their first name, last name and email address
- Click Send Invitation
- To continue, click either on Done to leave the settings or Invite another user to add more colleagues
Before we send the invitation, we double-check if the domain of the email (...@yourcompany.com) is valid and can be invited. In case of an error, please ask your Workpath Admin or contact us at help@workpath.com.
As a Team Lead you also have the option to invite new users directly to your team:
- Click on your profile picture
- Select Teams & Check-ins
- Click on the respective team
- Click on Invite User at the top of the page
- Fill in their first name, last name and email address
- Click Send Invitation
- Click on Done
Users who are already on the platform, but not yet part their team, can join it themselves. Learn here how to join a team as a user.
