Workpath's Check-in module displays answers to the Check-in questions grouped by the users who entered them, and we often hear that this is a great way to structure the meeting and go through each person one by one.
On the other hand, it's important to understand everything that is happening around a Goal to see if it's on track. Therefore, the recently released Goal section of the Check-in now also shows the answers that were linked to the Goal or to any of the Key Results directly in the context of its Goal.
With one glance at a Goal, you can now see what participants had to say about it. What was done to achieve it? What is still planned? Where are blockers that need to be addressed? It also becomes transparent if no participant addressed this Goal during preparation, which lets you direct the attention in the Check-in to it if necessary.
