The Goal Graph lets you explore all of your organization's Goals and see how they relate to each other.
If you're interested in how your team or business unit is doing and want to reduce the noise from other teams, you can filter the Graph by a team.
How to filter by team
- Click "Select..."
- Click on a team
- Done!
What will you see?
Goals of the team you selected and all sub-teams
If you select a team that has sub-teams (for example, a business unit or department) you will see all Goals of the selected team and of all sub-teams. This lets you focus on your team, department, business unit, chapter,... and blend out all others.
Context Goals to connect your team Goals to the center
The Graph is all about seeing Goals and their connection to each other. Therefore, when you select a team, we also include Goals that connect the team Goals to the center of your organization, even if they are from different teams or Organizational Goals. These will be displayed semi-transparently.
This means that if you filter for a team whose OKRs are linked to an organizational Goal, you will still see this organizational Goal in the Graph. This way you can still follow your contribution to the highest-level Goals of your company.
