💡In Workpath, you can see a visual representation of the value creation structure or Goal structure of the organization.
The Graph can be found on the right side of the blue menu bar next to the Explorer module. Opening the Graph you see the organizational OKRs of the organization.
Select Show all Goals at once in the field Goals at the left side of the menu bar to show all OKRs of the organization including their connections to each other (Alignment).
By clicking on the bubble of a specific OKR a small OKR menu opens at the right-hand side where you can see the whole Objective, its owner, as well as all the Key Results together with their Progress and Confidence Level.
By clicking on the small “+” sign next to the bubble of the Objective, you can see all the Key Results that are linked to this Objective.
If there are additional plus signs next to the Key Result bubbles, this shows that there are other Goals contributing to this OKR. By clicking on the plus sign, you can unfold them.
During the Alignment phase of your OKR cycle, we recommend using the Graph in order to identify OKRs that have not been aligned yet. They will be shown as isolated islands that are still detached from the rest of the Goal structure.
