The Explorer holds the entirety of your organization's OKRs. It helps you to get an overview of all the existing OKRs at one glance and thus, makes it easier to compare and analyze them.
In the Goal Explorer, you have the ability to filter Goals by different attributes which can be found on the left-hand side:
-
Keyword: shows only Goals that include the indicated keyword in their title or description
-
Confidence Level: displays only Goals that have a certain confidence level
-
Collaborators: first search here for a user or team and then select a role (Owner, Stakeholder or Follower)
-
Labels: shows only Goals that have all of the indicated labels
-
Level: shows only Goals with one of the selected levels
-
Period: displays only Goals whose start and end dates overlap with this period
💡 Within the attributes, the values are linked with an “Or”; between the different attributes, they are linked with an “And”.
This means that if, for example, only “On Track” and “Challenge” are selected for the Confidence Level, no more Goals which are "Off Track" or still in "Draft" mode are displayed. If now the Keyword “Optimize” is added, only Goals are shown that have the Confidence Level of “On Track” or “Challenge” and additionally have the keyword “Optimize” in the title or description.
In the middle section, you can click on Expand all in order to show the entire title of the displayed Goals as well as all the Key Results that are tied to the Goals.
At the top of the center section, you can set whether the search results should be sorted either by Last update or by Progress.
Sorting by progress shows you the Goals with the highest progress at the top and the ones with the lowest progress at the bottom.
If you sort by Last update, Goals which have been updated most recently are listed at the top.
As soon as a date is entered under “Change since” in the filter section on the left-hand side, there are four further sorting options: descending and ascending according to progress change and confidence level changes.
