Organization Summary

A concise and holistic summary of the process metrics and strategy execution

This report can be accessed via "Other Reports" in Workpath. 

The Organization Summary gives a comprehensive glance into key metrics for the entire organization and provides, in a central place, a concise summary of the process and strategy execution outside of the more detailed reports below.

Cycle Steering Report

Leveraging analytics to ensure a successful process adoption

The Cycle Steering Report provides the necessary insights to measure the success of OKRs in your organization. With this report, you are able to detect and eliminate weaknesses in your OKR process rapidly. The report covers 3 sections and each contributes to a certain part of the OKR cycle.

1. Plan Phase: Understand which teams need support with drafting their OKRs
2. Align Phase: Check which OKRs need more contribution to be successful
3. Execute Phase: Monitor the engagement with the OKR process during the execution phase

Strategy Execution Report

Leveraging analytics to ensure successful performance of OKRs

The Strategy Execution Report provides the necessary insights to measure the performance of OKRs and other performance metrics in your organization. With this report, you are able to detect and eliminate blockers in the execution of your strategy, understand how the team OKRs are developing over time and get aggregated information on OKRs. The report provides four dashboards each focusing on a different performance aspect.

1. Main Dashboard: Monitor the performance of the OKRs across the organization and different hierarchy levels.
2. Team Overview: See aggregations of team progress along with detailed information on each Objective and Key Result on a single page.
3. KPIs Dashboard: Look at the statuses of all KPIs of the entire organization, department or team.

Process Insights Report

Leveraging analytics to analyze the OKR implementation success over multiple cycles

The Process Insights Report allows you to monitor the evolution of the OKR process and strategy execution in your organization over multiple cycles. With this report, you get the big picture of the OKR methodology. This allows you to spot possible systematic weaknesses and opportunities in all stages. The report provides you with two sections, each focusing on a different aspect:

1. OKR Process: See a number of different health metrics at a glance regarding Drafting, Alignment, and Engagement at your organization.
2. OKR Overview:  Take a look at how well your organization is achieving its objectives and how execution is evolving over the cycles.

 

Capacity Manager Report

Leveraging analytics to ensure outcome-focused capacity management

The Capacity Manager Report is complementary to the Capacity Manager and provides insight into how resources are allocated across the organization to initiate discussions about prioritization and outcome focus in time.
