In case you might experience any technical issue with the Workpath platform, we might need to know the version of the browser you're using.
If you don't know where or how to find out which browser version you are using, you can follow these steps depending on your browser:
Google Chrome:
On Mac:
- Click on "Chrome" in the upper menu bar, next to the apple icon.
- Select "About Google Chrome".
- A new tab with your browser settings will open. In the center right below the Google Chrome Icon you can see the version of your Chrome browser.
On Windows:
- Click on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Help" and then "About Google Chrome".
- A new tab will open which shows you in the center right below the Google Chrome Icon the version of your browser.
Mozilla Firefox:
On Mac:
- Click on "Firefox" in the upper menu bar, next to the apple icon.
- Click on "About Firefox"
- A little window will pop up which shows you the version of the Firefox you are using.
On Windows:
- Click on the menu button with the 3 lines in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Help" and then "About Firefox".
- The About Firefox window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the Firefox name.
Microsoft Edge:
On Mac:
- Click on "Microsoft Edge" in the upper menu bar, next to the apple icon.
- Click on "Info on Microsoft Edge"
- A new tab opens where you can see your browser version right next to the Microsoft Edge icon.
On Windows:
- Select "Setting or more" by clicking on the 3 points at the top-right corner of the browser.
- Click on the little gear item that shows you the settings of the browser.
- Slow down and select "About Microsoft Edge". Here you can see the current version of the Microsoft Edge Browser you're using.
Safari:
On Mac:
- Click on "Safari" in the upper menu bar, next to the apple icon.
- Click on "About Safari"
- A little window will pop up which shows you the version of Safari you are using.
