What to expect
In the Team Overview you will get a direct understanding of how a specific team and its OKRs are progressing, what other teams and Objectives are contributing to the Team OKRS and what the status of initiatives / Jira Epics related to the Objectives is. Also, you can view which Goals and Key results your Team specific goals are contributing to.
Why use it
As a team, you need to have an overview and understanding of the factors that are influencing the progress of your OKRs. This overview offers you a summary of your team's achievements and the contributions your OKRs are receiving. With this information you can assess the progress of your OKRs and, if necessary, adapt your strategy.
When to use
This overview of the strategy execution report is relevant in the execution phase of the OKR process. Coaches and team leads should have regularly look at their Objectives to understand how their teams are doing and which Objectives are blocked.
Goal Overview
An overview is created for each Objective of the selected team with relevant information on progress & confidence level, associated Key Results, connected initiatives, the goals it receives support from and the goals/key results it provides contribution to.
