What to expect
The KPIs Dashboard allows you to monitor the effect of your outcome-focused work by providing you with an overview of all the defined KPIs in your organization or filtered for a specific team. Not only do you see all current values at a glance, but you can additionally see the current status category.
Why use it
Most organizations measure success by a predefined set of metrics - the KPIs. The outcome-based approach focuses on setting goals which are meant to positively affect those metrics. Therefore defining KPIs and regularly tracking them, can help you identify errors in goal setting or execution. This dashboards enables and simplifies the process.
When to use
As KPIs are usually lagging indicators of success, one might use this dashboards at the end of one or multiple cycles in order to see the effects of the defined - and hopefully, achieved - objectives.
The tracking chart
The tracking chart is the visual representation of the health of all your KPIs.
In red, are the "off-track" KPIs - those which are predicted to only achieve a 30% or lower success as defined by their target values. If that number goes up to 70%, the KPI has the "requires attention" status in yellow. And lastly, those KPIs that are predicted to achieve a success higher than 70% have the green "on-track" status.
It follows then that ideally, the green circle should have the greatest circumference.
The KPI table
The KPI table shows the status and values of all KPIs, along with the days passed since the last update and the current status. Using the filtering option above allows you to zoom in on a particular department or multiple specific teams.
