A concise and holistic summary of the process metrics and strategy execution
What to expect
The Organization Summary gives a comprehensive glance into key metrics for the entire organization and provides, in a central place, a concise summary of the process and strategy execution outside of the more detailed reports below.
When to use it
The main use case of the report is for leadership, as it provides quickly a holistic view of key insights about where the organization is evolving and how the OKR methodology is building up. Moreover, it also comes with the flexibility to drill deeper into specific data points, e.g. within teams or for OKRs associated with particular labels.
