All customers start off with 1 main Workpath instance but it is possible to have multiple instances for a few reasons:

- If you want to keep data and information from one BU separated from another BU.

- Compliance concerns related to keeping all data in one place can be resolved with having separate

Better replicating org structure
- The team structure in Workpath can be used to create nested team down to 7 levels of nesting but if more are required then it's better to replicate the structure using multiple instances.
