Filters in this report
Cycle:
Always shows the 'Current Cycle' and the upcoming cycles. With this filter, you can filter all insights on this dashboard by the desired cycle.
Top-Level Team:
In this filter, you can see Teams that have at least one sub-team of your organization. Based on the Top Level Team selection you make in this filter, all insights on this dashboard will be calculated only for this Top Team, its OKRs & KPIs, and its sub-teams with at least one OKR.
Top-Level Team Hierarchy:
Facilitates easier selection by filtering the teams in the Top Level Team Name filter based on their hierarchical level within the organization.
Alignment of:
The selection made in the filter enables the insights in the Dashboard to be organized and calculated based on alignment with 'OKR', 'Team', or 'Capacity'.
Alignment Relationship Type:
In the 'Alignment on OKRs' section, it covers cases where support is provided directly through a goal or indirectly through support for another goal that then directly supports the original goal. With this filter, you have the flexibility to filter alignment by level of direct, indirect 1 and indirect 2. By default all are selected.
e.g.
Directly: Goal A --> Goal B : Goal A directly supports Goal B.
Indirectly 1: Goal C--> Goal A--> Goal B : Goal C indirectly(1) supports Goal B.
Indirectly 2: Goal D--> Goal C--> Goal A--> Goal B : Goal D indirectly(2) supports Goal B.
As for the 'Alignment on KPIs' section, it covers cases where support is provided through a linked goal or directly & indirectly through support from another goal supports the linked goal. Since the support here is primarily based on the linked goal, we recommend keeping the KPI <> OKR option always selected in this filter and making choices for direct and indirect options as per your preference.
e.g.
KPI <> OKR: Goal A <> KPI X : Goal A linked to KPI X. So, Goal A supports KPI X by default.
Directly: Goal B --> Goal A <> KPI X : Goal B aligned to Goal A. So, Goal B directly supports KPI X.
Indirectly 1: Goal C --> Goal B --> Goal A <> KPI X : Goal C aligned to Goal B. So, Goal C indirectly(1) supports KPI X.
Indirectly 2: Goal D --> Goal C --> Goal B --> Goal A <> KPI X : Goal D aligned to Goal C. Goal D indirectly(2) supports KPI X.
Important Notice
- Only public (not private) and active/draft (not deleted) OKRs, as well as active Teams, are taken into account.
- Since insights are presented through Alignment, sub-teams with at least one OKR are taken into account.
- In the calculations, the alignment status of the Top Level Team OKRs (excluding the Organization) among themselves is also taken into account.
