Overview
In order to provide managers a better understanding of whether the organization's priorities are contributing to the most important metrics, OKRs can now also be linked to KPIs. This allows the organization to retrospectively assess whether the right priorities have been defined.
In addition, linking OKRs and KPIs enables more efficient resource management, allowing an evaluation of how many OKRs, teams or capacities contribute to the organization's most important metrics. This helps Team Leads to show their team's contribution and reasoning for a particular OKR, and receive broad management buy-in. Take a look at this Video or follow the steps described below on how to link and unlink KPIs.
