Sections of the License & AI Usage Report
1. License Usage
This section provides a comprehensive view of how the organization is consuming purchased licenses over the selected time period. It highlights overall utilization, identifies potential overages, and helps ensure that usage remains within contractual limits.
This section also tracks user activity over time, showing the number of users who have been added, deleted, deactivated, or invited during the selected period. These trends help you monitor adoption and identify periods of rapid growth or churn. Alongside this, the roles distribution view provides breakdown of roles into admin, program leads, coaches.
2. AI Actions
The AI Actions section shows how actively organization is using AI-supported capabilities such as quality checks, alignment suggestions, and goal suggestions. It reflects the total number of AI-driven actions performed within the chosen time frame, helping you understand how deeply AI is integrated into day-to-day workflows.
Calculation Overview
AI Actions include three types of AI-generated activity:
Quality check: Count of distinct goal IDs evaluated
Suggest alignments: Count of distinct goal IDs for alignment suggestions
Suggest goal: Count of goal suggestions generated
Total AI Actions = Sum of these three outputs
The AI Actions over time shows how AI activity evolves week by week, highlighting trends in adoption and usage spikes. The Usage by AI action breaks down AI Actions by type, visually representing the proportion of quality checks, suggested alignments, and suggested goals. This helps leaders quickly see which AI features are most frequently used and where adoption might need further support or enablement.
