⚠️ To link Jira Projects to a Workpath team, your company needs to follow the steps to install the Jira integration, as described here.
⚠️ You need to have one of the roles Admin, Program Lead, Coach, or Team Lead of the team that you want to link to Jira projects.
The Jira integration can be enabled for any team in Workpath by linking the Jira projects that this team works in. This allows our integration to propose relevant Team Goals to link to in these Jira projects and display statistics about Jira issues in Workpath.
To enable the integration for a team, navigate to Settings > Teams & Check-ins > Click on a team > Edit. The section Jira integration allows you to search and add projects from the Jira connections that are set up for your company.
As soon as at least one project is linked, the integration is enabled for this team and the team Goals will be proposed in issues of this Jira project. You can find more information about this here.
⚠️ For Jira Data Center, you can not see the Workpath goals in a Jira issue if that Jira project has not been connected to a Workpath team.
