What is the Drafting Module?

To get started, here's a quick guide on the benefits and how-tos of Workpath's Drafting Module:

Overview

The Drafting Module serves as your central hub for creating, editing, and deleting Goals and Key Results. It streamlines the process by guiding you in crafting customer-centric and outcome-oriented Goals while assisting you in deriving measurable Key Results.

 

Open the Drafting Module

Navigate to the Team Page that you'd like to draft OKRs for, select the right cycle in the top right, and click Draft Goals.

 

Draft Goals and Key Results

The Drafting Module provides the following functionality:

• Create, Edit and Delete Goals and the Goal Assistant
• Create, Edit and Delete Key Results, and the Key Result Assistant
• Drafting Checklist

The Goal Assistant and Key Result Assistant guide you step-by-step through the process, but you also have the option to enter your OKRs directly if you have already drafted them. The Checklist guides you through the Drafting, step by step.

Save Drafts

All your changes are saved automatically.

 

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Are drafted Goals and Key Results saved automatically?

Yes, they are saved every few seconds. In the top right corner you'll see when changes were last saved.

I have problems saving my drafts.

If you experience issues saving your drafts, please check for any Goals or Key Results without titles and either add a title or remove them. If you still encounter problems, please reach out to [e-mail] and keep your window open. Leaving the Drafting Module without saving will result in losing the most recent changes you made to your drafts.
