What to expect
The Management Review Summary aims to enable the organizations to:
- Stay updated and easily facilitate regular and outcome-focused reviews or management meetings.
- Identify and solve impediment during execution by structuring meetings along OKRs and talking points.
- Supporting goals uncover the dependencies and detect blockers that affect the achievement.
When to use it
The report is best consumed in the execution phase, after the cycle is kicked off and when the iterative review is done to understand how progress is evolving and which teams need more support. The main use case of the report is for Upper Manager and their representatives to:
- Conducting regular reflections
- Detect and solve impediments
- Uncover dependencies
Filters in this report
Cycle Title:
Always shows the 'Current Cycle' and the upcoming cycles. With this filter, you can filter all insights on this dashboard by the desired cycle.
Team Name:
In this filter, you can see relevant Teams of the cycle.
Objective Title:
Shows the relevant Title for the objective available for the selected team and the cycle. Shows All by default, the filter can be adjusted to fit and use the space for download purpose.
Supporting Team Name (Supporting goals navigation):
In this filter, you can see relevant child teams of the cycle, which contribute towards the progress or simply align to the Parent team's OKR.
Show only progress or metrics KR values (OKR details navigation):
This filter can be used to additionally show KR current and target values which are used to calculate progress.
Talking point category:
This filter allows you to access and filter talking points associated with OKRs. You can refine your search by selecting from categories such as 'blocker,' 'decision,' and 'risk' to help focus your discussions and decisions related to OKRs in this dashboard.
User Level Access Filter:
This filter allows you to control the visibility of OKRs based on your role and responsibilities within the organization. When selecting 'My Goals' you will see only the OKRs for which you are the owner. If you opt for 'My Team Goals' you will have access to view the OKRs for all the teams you are a member of, ensuring that you focus on the goals relevant to your role and team involvement.

This report consists of three main sections:
OKR Overview
The aggregations at the top of the Executive Dashboard are the fastest way to get an understanding of the current performance in the organization. In addition to progress and confidence level, all OKRs are classified into one of three groups. OKRs on-track are expected to be at least 70% completed by the end of the cycle. OKRs that require your attention are heading towards a 30% to 70% completion rate. Lastly, OKRs are labeled as off-track if the completion is predicted to be lower than 30%.
Supporting goals
A zoomed-in picture of supporting teams and goals is created for each Objective of the selected team. Supporting goals are enriched with information on progress & confidence level and the Owners
OKR Details
A deepdive is created for each Objective of the selected team with relevant information on progress & confidence level, associated Key Results and the Owners
This section of the report provides comprehensive information about Objectives and their associated Key Results (KRs) for selected teams and cycles. It displays the progress and confidence level, showcasing the current achievement status. If the KRs are of metrics type, you can view their actual values by selecting the 'Show progress with KR values' filter.
Furthermore, you can explore talking points related to OKRs using the Talking Point Category filter, which includes categories like 'blocker,' 'decision,' and 'risk'.
The User Level access filter allows you to customize your view. Choosing 'My Goals' will display OKRs for which you are the owner, while 'My Team Goals' will show the OKRs of all the teams you are part of, aligning with your role and responsibilities.
To manage the space for download, you can use the 'Objective Title' filter to deselect specific OKRs, or click on an individual OKR to see only its details. For downloading this view, select either PDF or PPT format and then click 'This View'. You can find more detailed information about this in the section below.
